Ans - mainly companies are looking for your expertise on the modules, your implementation                        approch, POC & RFP exposure  with client facing skills & Communication skill.

Q4) What is the Importance of Fusion HCM Certification ?

Ans- Fusion HCM Certification will add some points to your profile, but in India Your Skill and subject expertise matter's not the certificates.

Q4) I should learn Fusion Functional modules or Fusion Technical

Ans- See, In Fusion Apps ( expertise should be on Fusion Functional side), slowly you will learn the  Technical also. If your an MBA  then go for - Fusion Functional, If your BE/MCA go for Technical.
 But my stand is- you should learn Functional, as this will position you as an asset for IT Firm.
